Introduction and Business Overview
Welcome to the Washington Medical Group, LLC website. By accessing our site, registering for certification courses, or utilizing our training services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Washington Medical Group, LLC and our website visitors, students, and clients.
Course Registration & Payment Terms
-
Fees and Enrollment: To secure a seat in our American Heart Association (AHA) certification courses—including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)—payment must be completed in full at the time of registration.
-
Pricing: All course fees (e.g., $60 for BLS, $160 for ACLS, $160 for PALS) are clearly outlined on our Services page and are processed securely via encrypted third-party payment gateways.
Prerequisites & Student Responsibilities
-
Required Credentials: Certain advanced courses require active foundational certifications. Specifically, enrolling in ACLS or PALS requires a current, valid AHA BLS certification. It is the student's sole responsibility to ensure they meet all necessary prerequisites prior to the start of class.
-
Blended Learning Requirements: If you register for a Blended Learning format (HeartCode), you must complete the online cognitive portion via the ERTSS/AHA portal and present your completion certificate prior to your hands-on skills check-off session.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
All registrations are considered final. If you need to reschedule a classroom session or a hands-on skills check, you must notify us at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled class time. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of your course fee. (Note: You can link this directly to your dedicated Refund Policy page).
