Refund Policy
Course Registration and Cancellations
At Washington Medical Group, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality, flexible American Heart Association (AHA) certification training—including BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Because class sizes are strictly limited to ensure optimal instructor-to-student ratios, all registration fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that emergencies and shifting shifts happen in the healthcare field. If you cannot attend your scheduled traditional classroom session or hands-on skills check-off, you may request to reschedule under the following guidelines:
-
Notice Period: You must notify us at least 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled class time to move your registration to a future date at no additional cost.
-
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice, or failing to attend your scheduled session, will result in the forfeiture of your course registration fee. To attend a future session, a new registration and payment will be required.
Blended Learning (HeartCode) Policy
For students enrolled in Blended Learning formats, fees paid for the online cognitive portion of the course are completely non-refundable once the course key or access link has been generated and issued.
Course Cancellations by Washington Medical Group
In the rare event that Washington Medical Group, LLC must cancel a scheduled class due to severe weather, facility issues, or unforeseen instructor emergencies, registered students will be given the option of a full refund or a guaranteed seat in the next available session.
