When you register for our American Heart Association (AHA) certification courses—including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)—we collect personal information necessary to process your enrollment. This includes your first and last name, email address, phone number, and professional credentials.
How We Use Your Data & Third-Party Sharing
The information you provide is strictly used to manage your course registration, schedule your training formats (Traditional Classroom or Blended HeartCode), and issue your official 2-year AHA provider eCards. To successfully process your certifications, your training records are securely coordinated with the Emergency Response Training & Support Services (ERTSS) training center. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to any unauthorized third parties.

All financial transactions conducted on our site are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways integrated via Wix. Washington Medical Group, LLC does not store or have direct access to your credit card numbers or banking information.
